Terms of Use

FeedImmo is a property alert aggregator that centralises, deduplicates and scores listings from third-party portals (SeLoger, LeBonCoin, PAP, BienIci, Idealista, Fotocasa, etc.). FeedImmo is not affiliated with these portals and receives no payment from them. The service is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce a paid model in the future, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. FeedImmo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.

FeedImmo is for personal use only. It is prohibited to use the service for commercial purposes, to carry out automated scraping, to attempt to circumvent security measures, or to use FeedImmo in a way that could harm the service or its users.

If you connect your Gmail account or set up automatic forwarding, you grant us limited access to the content of property alert emails solely for the purpose of providing the service. You can revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google settings. You can disable automatic forwarding by deleting the filter you set up in your email client.

FeedImmo, its interface, code and content are the property of Sophie Polani Adam. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited. Your data (search preferences, forwarded emails, personal notes) belongs to you. FeedImmo makes no claim over it.

Listings displayed in FeedImmo come from third-party portals and are reproduced as received. FeedImmo does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or currency of these listings. Always verify information directly on the source portal before making any decision.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Your data will be erased within 30 days of deletion. FeedImmo may terminate your access with 30 days' notice, except in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.

FeedImmo is provided without warranty of any kind. Our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service or the inaccuracy of third-party portal listings. These Terms are governed by Spanish law and EU law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
